I hate how Pinterest results show up with a great frequency in Google Image, so I search with «-site:printerest.*».
I even have a bookmark with a keyword in Firefox. Create a bookmark with the following URL:
https://www.google.fr/search?tbm=isch&q=%s+-site%3Apinterest.*&source=lnms
and add something like gi or googlei as a shortcut. Then you can type «gi your_search» to start an image search of your_search with pinterest filtered.
@melunaka simply use #duckduckgo instead.
